USEPA Registration
The USEPA requires covered facilities to develop and implement a Risk Management Plan containing many different elements. Covered facilities must register their process by the date on which the facility was first exceeding a threshold quantity of a listed substance. This requires the creation of a Central Data Exchange (CDX) account for registering the process.
Whether registering a new process, making a correction to your registration, or completing a full revalidation required every 5 years, HEI can serve as the “preparer” to ensure that your certifying official can feel confident in the process. HEI serves as the “preparer” for your registration to ensure a seamless and compliant registration.
HEI can partner with your team and give you the confidence that the many required details associated with registering your process are both compliant and appropriate.
