Inspection Support

HEI has experience and expertise in navigating through both OSHA PSM and USEPA RMP inspections.  It is important to manage the inspection properly from initial communications with the USEPA, to having a plan for managing OSHA arriving at your facility unannounced.  

If you receive a notification from the USEPA regarding a pending on-site inspection, ensure that you take action and are prepared.  If OSHA inspects your facility, do you understand your rights and do you have a procedure in place for handling OSHA’s arrival?    

HEI will support your efforts and help navigate the process from the initial arrival, provide support throughout the inspection, assist with any follow-up (informal conferences, letters of contest), assistance with the Petition for Modification of Abatement (PMA) process, to assisting with abatement and abatement certification.
