USEPA e-Disclosure & NYSDEC CP-59 Violation Disclosure Programs
If you’ve conducted an internal audit recently, you may have discovered that your facility is in violation of certain environmental regulations. The USEPA and NYSDEC have self-disclosure programs that are available to facilities to use in order disclose the fact that they are in violation of environmental requirements and come into compliance with a potential for the reduction or elimination of penalties.
HEI has extensive experience with assisting facilities prepare, submit, and certify self-disclosures to environmental regulatory agencies when these policies are able to be used. We will assist in auditing operations, identifying all violations that need to be corrected, review if all self-disclosure policy conditions are met, and ensure that the facility submits notifications and completes the compliance certification process by all required deadlines.
