Chemical Management Reporting

The USEPA’s EPCRA Section 311 requires facilities that store or use hazardous substances to submit their MSDSs (or SDSs) to their State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), and local Fire Department.  Subject facilities must also submit an annual inventory report for the same chemicals under Section 312 (Tier II Report) and are required to report releases and other waste management of specifically-listed chemicals under Section 313 (Toxic Release Inventory).
